Meet the Owners
McGinley’s Masonry Repair is led by Charles McGinley and Audrey Keating Smith. Together, we oversee every aspect of the business—from estimates and customer communication to the craftsmanship performed on every project. We’re partners in business and in life, raising two wonderful boys, caring for our two dogs, Valentino and Mason, four fish, and our turtle, Sheldon Koopa. As owners, we’re personally invested in every repair because our reputation is built one customer, one project, and one handshake at a time.
Charles McGinley
Owner & Lead Mason
Charles is a lifelong East Side Indianapolis resident with more than 15 years of hands-on masonry experience. He leads every project in the field, specializing in brick repair, tuckpointing, structural masonry, angle iron replacement, chimney repairs, and historic restoration.
Charles believes in repairing what actually needs repaired—not selling work that doesn’t. His attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship are the foundation of McGinley’s Masonry Repair.
Audrey Keating Smith
Owner & Operations Manager
Audrey oversees operations, scheduling, customer communication, estimating, marketing, and the day-to-day management of McGinley’s Masonry Repair. She also assists on job sites when needed, helping keep projects organized and running smoothly.
Whether she’s preparing detailed estimates, coordinating schedules, or answering customer questions, Audrey is committed to making every client’s experience as professional and stress-free as possible.

Dominick
Cameron
Cameron serves as our lead field technician and also assists with estimates. He helps homeowners understand their repair options by documenting existing conditions, discussing project details, and providing clear communication throughout the estimating process. In the field, Cameron coordinates jobsite preparation, material handling, and supports the masonry crew to keep projects running efficiently.
Q
Q is an important part of our field crew, assisting with demolition, jobsite preparation, material handling, cleanup, and supporting our masons throughout each project. His hard work helps ensure every job runs safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect.

Rooted in Community
McGinley’s Masonry Repair proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana, but our roots are right here in Irvington.
Charles and Audrey live in Irvington in a well-maintained 1895 home, giving us a firsthand appreciation for the craftsmanship and character of Indianapolis’ historic neighborhoods. While our own house keeps us busy with the occasional painting project and never-ending list of home improvements, living in a century-old home gives us an even greater respect for the quality masonry that has stood the test of time.
Our commitment to the community extends beyond masonry. Charles serves as Head Coach of the East Side Crusaders Little Guys Wrestling program, while Audrey volunteers as a middle-distance coach with the East Side Crusaders Track Team. Supporting local youth programs is one of the many ways we give back to the community that has supported our family and our business.
