A Family-Run Business with Strong Values and a Hands-On Approach

McGinley’s Masonry Repair is owned by Charles McGinley, a lifelong east side resident with more than 12 years of hands-on masonry experience. Charles leads all masonry work on-site — from tuckpointing historic brick to repairing foundations, chimneys, and concrete surfaces. His work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way guide every job we take on.

Audrey supports the business through operations, scheduling, communication, and customer care — and she also assists on job sites when extra hands are needed. Whether it’s helping with prep work, cleanup, mixing materials, or keeping the workflow moving, Audrey brings organization and reliability that help projects run smoothly.

Together, we’re a family-driven team raising two amazing kids and two wild dogs — committed to honesty, hard work, American values, and treating every client with the respect we’d want for our own home.

A Family Business in the Truest Sense

When you work with McGinley’s Masonry Repair, you’re working directly with the people whose name is on the truck and the invoice. We show up, we communicate, and we stand behind our work because our reputation doesn’t reset at the end of a job — it follows us home.

We believe in old-school values:

  • Hard work
  • Honesty
  • Respect for your home and your time
  • Accountability for our work

Those values guide everything we do, from how we evaluate a repair to how we speak to our customers.

Rooted in Community

We don’t just serve the East Side — we’re part of it.

Owner Charles McGinley is deeply involved in the community, including serving as the head coach of the East Side Crusaders Little Guys Wrestling. Coaching young athletes is about more than sports — it’s about teaching discipline, respect, perseverance, and teamwork. Those same principles carry over directly to our work and how we run our business.

Being involved with local kids and families keeps us grounded. It reminds us that the people we work for aren’t just “customers” — they’re neighbors.

Why That Matters in Your Home

Inviting someone to work on your home requires trust. We don’t take that lightly.

Many of the homes we work on are older, and masonry issues can look scary if you don’t deal with them every day. Our goal is to explain what’s actually happening, what truly needs attention, and what doesn’t — without pressure or fear tactics.

Because we’re local and family-run, we approach every job with the understanding that:

  • We may see you again
  • You may refer us to friends or family
  • Our name is attached to the outcome

That accountability shapes how we work.

Pride in Craftsmanship

Masonry is a trade that rewards patience, knowledge, and care. We believe in repairing what needs repair — not selling work that doesn’t. Sometimes that means smaller, targeted fixes instead of full replacements. Sometimes it means telling a homeowner something can wait.

We’d rather earn your trust than your money.

More Than a Business

At the end of the day, McGinley’s Masonry Repair exists to support our family and serve our community — not to grow fast, cut corners, or chase volume. We’re proud of the work we do, the relationships we build, and the reputation we’re earning one job at a time.

When you hire us, you’re not just hiring a contractor — you’re supporting a local family that takes real pride in showing up, doing honest work, and standing behind it.
